Yes! We provide free child car seats and booster seats upon request. Please specify the ages and weights of children when booking so we can ensure the appropriate safety seats are available. All our child seats meet European safety standards and are regularly inspected. We recommend booking child seats in advance to guarantee availability, especially during peak ski season.

Our fixed pricing includes: professional driver service, fuel, tolls, parking fees, flight monitoring, meet and greet service, assistance with luggage, and free child car seats when requested. Light refreshments and bottled water are complimentary on longer journeys. The only additional costs might be for excessive waiting time (beyond 2 hours for flight delays) or significant route changes requested during the journey.

Absolutely! Our Renault minivans accommodate up to 8 passengers with luggage. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple vehicles traveling together. We also offer multi-stop services if your group is staying at different accommodations or if you need to stop for supplies en route. Please mention group size and any special requirements when booking so we can ensure appropriate vehicle arrangements.

We provide transfers to all major French Alps ski resorts including: Val Thorens, Tignes, Val d’Isère, Courchevel, Méribel, La Plagne, Les Arcs, Les Menuires, Alpe d’Huez, Les Deux Alpes, Chamonix, La Clusaz, Flaine, Les Gets, Morzine, Avoriaz, and many more. If your destination isn’t listed, contact us – we likely service it or can arrange a custom transfer.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (December-March) and French school holidays. However, we often accommodate same-day bookings subject to availability. Early booking ensures better vehicle selection and preferred time slots. Our pricing remains consistent regardless of booking timing – no surge pricing or last-minute fees.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge, while no-shows incur the full transfer fee. We understand that mountain weather and skiing conditions can affect travel plans, so we’re flexible with rescheduling when possible. Travel insurance is recommended for added protection against unforeseen circumstances.
